ive bin lookin for a site that helps with finger stretching, cos when i first start the day spinning my fingers feel proper slow..

if anyone has any gud sites cud u put them here..

really i dont recommend you stretch your fingers, they will become more flexible after a while, but if you do want to i guess you can try bending them a lil for warm ups etc, i did that alot and got used to the pain when you bend your fingers in or out too much (it starts to hurt your arm lol)

ok gwobbles cheers...so dont stretch then, just bend them abit..
